Activate your email login (firstname.lastname@ru.nl) with the activation link that was send to you to your private mail address. If you already have an @ru.nl email address, for example because you studied at the Radboud University, you get a second (or third, or more) email adress with a number (firstname.lastname2@ru.nl). The email adress without number remains your main email address, the ones with numbers are alliases.
Activate your science account (ilastname@science.ru.nl). Your department’s secretariat will send the instructions for this to your RU account.
Request a campus card with your u-number. After confirmation, you can pick up your employee card.
Get informed about building and floor access via the management assistants at your department.
